I’ve began my skincare journey with Nouvelle and the service has been excellent! In my initial consultation, Dr Ghous provided detailed information on the different medical grade skincare they offer and what would be the most beneficial to me considering my age. He was at all times professional and helpful and encouraged me to get in touch if i had any questions. I would highly recommend him and his business as they really do go above and beyond to ensure you receive the best service!

I came all the way from Sheffield to have a Botox session for the first time with Nouvelle Esthétique in Batley, and it was absolutely worth it! I'm so happy with the pleasant result. Dr Tahir was so professional and cheerful, he made me feel so comfortable that the needle sensation felt almost painless! I did Botox in three areas (Forehead, between the eyebrows & side of my eyes). The overall process was unexpectedly quick and smooth. Dr G was there as well very welcoming!. He assisted me previously during the online consultation and answered patiently to all my questions & concerns. So again "Merci beaucoup" Dr T . I will definitely come back in a month for a skin Booster session as self treat for the New Year insha'Allah :)
I took advantage of the model day offered by Dr T and Dr G and they didnt disappoint. Both were exceptional at making me feel at ease whilst explaining the process involved with the procedures. I had a thorough consultation prior to the day and any questions i had Dr T was able to answer. The treatment itself wasnt as painful as i thought it would be and i had zero bruising! They didnt push for me to have any more than what they thought worked. It isnt a drastic change which is what i wanted but i can see the difference already. Im super happy with results. Thank you
