Little Einsteins Day Nursery

We were very disappointed from our experiences. The nursery was very inflexible about food and their record keeping about incidents was very poor. The management usually blame the directors for setting policies which they have to follow. From September to November my two year old Grandson continually came home covered in bruises and occasionally bites. In the end we sent him, as others have to another nursary. On the first day he said 'Will my new friends hit me Grandad.' He told us that he used to hide under the slide so that a 5 year old wouldn't hit him. I have 35 years teaching experience and I inspect schools for SMSC. I don't lightly make this post.

I took my child there for the 1st day without an assessment put in place before second visit they told me to come in for an assessment which was OK then the second day came for my child and I got a phone call saying come pick him up as he was upset so I went and I was told from the resption lady to go and collect so which I did and as I look through the class room my child was locked outside and the teacher was over him and he was retrained by the arms leaving him with hand marks on his Wrist he was crying just to come in and he had had a toilet accident which he was toilet trained from 2 years and I don't know how that happened. I asked the teachers do u know anything about my child they said no we dont which made me think as before him starting a report was sent from portage as he has development problems . They said they haven't received anything from Portage which i knew they have because i was in the meeting with Rosie and she had it a day before which that was a lie to my child has nightmares after this and he isn't settled I would never let my child nowhere near this place. To see my child that is 3 with on going issues Restrained it was so heart breaking I didn't know what to do I stayed calm and just wanted to leave without any other child elected as what my child was going through all the children was witnessing so I just left and as I was leaving I was told they couldn't handle him for 2 hours to bring him in for 1 and that I should get a job there as my child was calm with me. Well my child was calm with me as he was told that everything was OK on his leave not over him like a giant and holder down.

Shocking management. The staff r brilliant but the owners are un helpful and do not care about your child only your money
