My little girl has been with the nursery for the last 18 months, she loved going, progressed quickly, met some good friends and amazing staff. Really sad to see her leave today but onto school nursery from next week. Cannot recommend the nursery enough.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My son has thrived and developed so well thanks to the fantastic staff and environment. Toke eloise and Denise are fantastic with the kids

Use at your own peril. Terrible management. High turnover of staff and management bullying staff . The area manager had brought a previous nursery down to inadequate and then blamed everyone else for her inadequacies. Protect your children don’t use!

I went to view the nursery during covid so was only allowed access in the building once but everything seemed well equipped in the baby room - however my son was continuously screaming every time I was dropping him off, even as we was driving towards the building and I used to get upset leaving him. When the management changed it got even worse, they inflated prices and removed all flexibility, forgot to send me any letters with updated payment details so all my payments were going to the old owner and I was sent a hefty bill and told to just try reclaim the money - no apology. Never knew who my son’s key worker was and his screaming was getting worse and worse. He used to come home with a new illness and he only went one day a week, he would come home with a dummy that wasn’t his or a drink bottle that wasn’t his which shoes hygiene was not well maintained. He was then moved to a bigger room whilst under the age of 2 which is the first time I saw this room when collecting him and it broke my heart at how filthy it was, he didn’t look happy and none of the kids were being entertained or doing anything educational. I made the decision to move him nursery instantly knowing I would have to pay two providers at once but I didn’t care as long as he was out. I was worried that he wouldn’t settle as he was unsure in new people but immediately he loved it and was beaming with happiness asking to go back. This confirmed all my fears of stadium stars and the lack of staff training and care for my son. Makes me feel sick to my stomach now seeing the confirmed ofsted reports. Never a single apology or acknowledgement from this provider, the admin team did not even notify staff of my son leaving either so no acknowledgement of him on his last day either. There was a few girls there who were lovely, Liss, Megan and Abbey but Liss and Abbey both left.
