Most people don’t fully grasp just how crucial the first five years of life are. If I weren’t so passionate about how the brain develops, I might not have either. These years are not just about learning ABCs and counting; they are about forming a child’s sense of self, their ability to navigate emotions, and their understanding of right and wrong. You help them build resilience, self-regulation, and confidence—all of which will guide them long after they leave your care. What you and your team do each day—teaching, nurturing, encouraging—sets the tone for their future.
