Avoid this park if you like your children. Broken glass on the floor in and around the climbing equipment and slide. Dog shit in most of the grassy areas. Litter including used cigarettes everywhere. Despite what another reviewer said - actually loads of parking. Despite the ample parking would suggest you try ANYWHERE else.
Actually - this place is rubbish during none day light hours! If it's early morning and you like to take your kids to the park - this place is ok - the facilities are good, however local people seem to think it's ok to let their dogs do their business wherever - it's not so bad in the playground itself but in the park area outside its a nightmare - besides which...when the sun sets the park rapidly becomes a 'no go zone'... teenagers smoking and taking 'whatever' and drinking alcohol seems to be the major problem which could easily be resolved by community police - I have two young kids and I do not let either of them go to the park unaccompanied - maybe I am a little bit paranoid but.. better to be safe than sorry
