If you want disappointment, excuses, and no food, this is the place for you. Ordered at 4:45pm. At 5:25pm, we were told there was a delay and promised food within 20 minutes, plus an update in 10. Neither happened. After waiting nearly an hour, we were informed there were still several orders before ours — despite everyone who arrived after us already eating. We had to leave hungry to get to my daughter’s dance show. Lies, poor organisation, and no respect for customers’ time. Won’t be returning.
