Great customer service, first time I have used Ice Cream Direct. Joanne was really helpful, had two sample cases sent overnight for me to test. They came the next morning. I then tested them and ordered a pallet of mix the same day which I was told by Joanne would arrive within three days, the pallet turned up the next day at 10.00am! Driver was really helpful and dropped the pallet by my rear loading bay. Cant fault the helpfulness of this company as we are new to the Ice Cream trade and nothing was too much trouble. Will be in touch soon to order another pallet!
Speaking as an hgv driver doing a delivery here,first off great staff that work here very friendly and a pleasure to deliver to, has driver enter from railway side drive in forward and get yourself upto the railway fence then get tipped from there, they do watch you out when reversing but TBF you've got to be on the ball coming out it is very tight had to do a couple of shunts, otherwise all good and thanks again,👍
