Food's always spot on. However, this evening's the second time we've waited almost two hours for our delivery & each time the only apology has been along the lines of "sorry, it's busy". I don't expect to spend in excess of £60 per order to wait so long with zero communication from the restaurant. I have since spoken with the restaurant, twice. The first time, an hour after ordering, it was on the way. The second...it was still on the way. That is almost an hour ago now, so presumably they expect to deliver cold food. Extremely disappointing since our daughter is visiting from uni and needs to be up at 4am for work(posted at 8:54pm).
Never in my life have I had a takeaway as disgusting as this. An absolute waste of money. I can safely say I’ve seen better road kill and wouldn’t even give it to the dog. The entire meal went straight in the bin. A big NO from us. My advice is drive five more minutes down the road to the dragon house
Polite over the phone and extremely accommodating. The food is some of the best food I've eaten from a Chinese. We love ordering from here once a month. Prices are very reasonable as well.
Not only did the forget half the food we barely touched it ended up throwing it away . how this place is still open is beyond me food is disgusting
On this occasion I only ordered roast pork on a bed of bean sprouts with black bean sauce, it came with peppers, onion, carrot and chilli. It was extremely nice, the best I have tasted for this particular dish. The staff member I spoke to was a little difficult to communicate with, did not quite grasp what I wanted initially but eventually did so and could have done with being more polite. Customer service? Will try other menu items at later date.
