Never had a bad meal! It's not 90% veg like you get from most Chinese takeaways.
I ordered Chinese from this restaurant. When it arrived, I opened the box to find the food was soggy, greasy and cold. Most of the food therefore went to waste. I phoned to ask for a refund and was told that I'm 'the first customer to complain - Everyone else likes my food - You will not get compensation' (which clearly isn't true based on these reviews). The server was very rude and hung up on me. I recommend you do not order from this restaurant unless you want to throw your money away.
The food is excellent, great value and quick delivery.
I've ordered for delivery from here many times and it's always been delivered very quickly, the food has always been nice, hot, and as ordered. However, following a food hygiene inspection in August 2023 they were only given 3 stars. Those in the know will appreciate that things are pretty grim even when as many as 3 stars are awarded. This rating was after recieving 2 stars at the previous inspection (which I wasn't previously aware of). This demonstrates utter contempt for customer safety. They clearly don't care and I will not be ordering from them again.
