Previously a champion for Urban loved the place,now it's a meh food option We used to visit the herten branch for a takeaway fairly regularly (at least 3 times a month) and drive 4-5 minutes before eating so still hot and fresh Unfortunately recently there have been quality issues and on occasion waiting times of 20+ minutes for a single burger and chips order which isn't a problem to me if the food quality is good but atm it isn't, recently just bland burgers Tonight's visit was my forth visit in a row with issues and probably my last. In the last four visits we've had the following problems Burgers received have been totally incorect and different to the receipt,for what I received I was overcharged Chips seriously over salted to the point no one in the car would eat them and we like salt, they went in the bin £15 this happened twice. I have told staff on two occasions on next visit,I've had a ohh and a sorry about that! Burnt fries,dry overcooked burgers, incorrect orders with missing items Dirty toilets(Mens) Rather go to five guys and get more consistent quality, yeah price is a little more but it tastes better I've found the other branches much better,but don't visit them often
Friendly staff and great food as always. I asked to try a new sauce that I'd not had before and they had no issues with putting some into a little pot for me to try alongside my meal. I have a Blue Light Card as well as their own rewards card and the staff always work out which is the better discount for me.

My first visit to Urban Burger and it won't be my last. An exceptional taste experience in every way!!!! Amazingly cooked bacon double cheeseburger, with fries and pots of cheese sauce.....superb. The cheese sauce is worthy of a second mention 😋 Go there and experience it for yourself. Andy served me and was excellent. Fantastic customer service and engagement, a credit to the business.
Today I just had a portion of haloumi sticks. I found the price value relation poor! They were tiny to say the least £6.95 felt cheated when I got home and found what was in the box. In store I would certainly have complained. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture to share with everyone to bring my point across better.
