Ordered a mix grill from this place and have to say was utterly disappointed in the quality. The presentation looked delicious but when we opened up and bit into the kebebas to our great disappointment the meat was still uncooked. The manager was contacted and sent to two replacement kebabs 30 mins later.
I’m very disappointed with my recent order ( clearly not first time but I gave them chances). I’m actually a regular customer, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I ordered a sandwich, and this is how it arrived: completely cold, with very oily fries inside that were clearly not fresh. They looked like leftover fries and weren’t even reheated. The sandwich itself was prepared carelessly! Doesn’t deserve more chances👎
The food was amazing. The service was quick and easy. There is music playing to make a nice atmosphere. Got a free naan as a starter. Felt very welcome
I have been multiple times and the food is wonderful. The staff are polite and quickly serve. I highly recommend.
I ordered a chicken burger meal and was asked if I would like salad I responded “No I’m alright thanks” but it didn’t stop them and they still proceeded to give me salad, it wasn't much of salad just half a plate of lettuce to be honest. Also My mate ordered a pizza who was very excited for it actually but after a few slices we’re eaten, he found a large piece of hair under the pizza which was too big for his hair. As auful as it was he informed an employee who did replace the pizza which is good on their part.
