Absolutely disgusted and disappointing from the delivery guy, aggressive towards us because we called them to order food, I didn't have cash so told them to send me link so I can pay, but I found out that the prices was more higher then actually said to the phone, so called them back to cancel order, but the delivery guy came anyway and wanted money from us even we cancelled it after we said that don't want it he throwed the food on the road in the front of our house and starts kick to it and then he gone. I called them to tell them what their driver did and they said, that is my fault. Absolutely unbelievable. I will.never ever order food from them. They don't know how to behave.
Absolutely disgraceful serive when rung up as ordered on uber eats to the hospital as I'm with my nan who's really poorly I've had 3 different drivers saying it's in the way them rang the place up and they told me. It couldn't be delivered and I also couldn't get a refund as it wasn't there fault what a absolute shit show never again will I order anything from there
We are over the moon! Nice and brown on top with equal amounts of toppings cheese and base! How a Pizza is supposed to be! Finally a place that listens! Top quality Pizza that was.. Truly! And it didn’t cost £20+ ££ either for one pizza! I think it was about £12 plus delivery! Amazing tasty and we will be ordering again for sure!
After a mistake with the order I contacted Freddie's and the gent I spoke to was very polite and offered an acceptable resolution, the food received today was hot, delicious and hit the spot perfectly, great job guys and thank you
today at night I was calling on this number and he asked me for a postcode so I have gave my address then he says how would I like to pay? I said buy cash he said only card which kind of business is this? I'm ordering from this website for years and years I'm disappointing in this. I don't recommend people calling there and buying food zero Tournaments without respect being aggressive on the phone I cannot believe what was going on
