Please read update: Rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I spoke directly to the owner while he was working, and I ordered loaded fries. I can honestly say the food quality was terrible. I asked the owner if I could swap the food for something else because it wasn’t fit to eat. Instead of helping, he told me to throw the food in the bin and then insisted I pay again for a new order. How does that make any sense? I had already paid for food that wasn’t edible. Do NOT order from this place. Absolutely shocking service, and the owner clearly has no idea how to run a business. Update I want to clarify my experience, because much of your response is untrue. Firstly, at no point did I threaten you, raise my voice, use bad language, or “rev my car to intimidate you.” None of that happened. The only reason I left and re-entered the shop a few times was because my friend went to the toilet, and then we both left to buy drinks elsewhere because your drinks were more expensive than we expected. There was nothing suspicious about this. I only changed my order once. I originally ordered, then I noticed you sold loaded fries and politely asked to switch to them. I appreciated the small price difference and you agreed. The issue began when I received the loaded fries. After two bites, it was clear the food was poor quality and not what loaded fries usually look like. That’s why I asked you to look online for comparison—it wasn’t an insult, it was simply because the food didn’t resemble what is normally served. The food was barely touched when I asked if I could switch back to my original order. Your response was to tell me to throw the food in the bin and pay again. I never threatened to “go public”; I said the customer service was poor because, in this situation, it was. As for your claim that I “ate all the food,” this is simply false. I barely touched it before returning to the counter. And regarding your comment about friends leaving reviews: I didn’t ask anyone to do that and cannot control what others choose to write. My review reflects my personal experience. I didn’t come to cause trouble, and I’m not trying to harm your business. But your reply includes several accusations that didn’t happen, and I feel it’s only fair to correct the record.

Food is amazing,if there wasn’t a place to eat and posh charcoal was near me I would be going to that straight away!!!Me I would get cheesy garlic bread it is so nice !!

Great takeaway! Food was hot, tasty, and ready on time. Portions were generous, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely order again!
