This is a takeaway only, that’s why I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere, not in there more than 2mins. Best tasting curry house in my area by far! Everything is so fresh, big portions too. We usually get 2 x nights dinner out of 2 curry’s. Nice staff, friendly and polite.
One star because I cannot put none. Delivery driver gave my order to a random car on the street then slammed down the phone when I asked why. I called the restaurant and was yelled at and told its not their problem and they won't refund. NOT their problem that their driver doesn't follow instruction or deliver to the correct address. Their staff on the phones are disgusting. I will never order again. £42 down the swany for incompetence.
Best Indian in Doncaster we've been ordering for 18 months and yet to have a bad one! People complain about the wait times for delivery yet we've only ever waited up to 1hr 20 on a peak Saturday. Collection 20 mins most times. Food always tastes amazing nowhere else tops them!
I am absolutely applauded, outraged, and utterly disgusted. The amount of disrespect I received was beyond comprehension. To give you a short explanation, I ordered a simple Balti curry and garlic naan bread around 10:00pm, called for an update an hour afterwards as it wasn’t delivered and was told the driver was just about to set off to deliver and wouldn’t take any longer than 10 minutes. It still didn’t arrive around half an hour later so therefore we AGAIN called for an update and we were aggressively spoken to whilst being asked to repeatedly mention our address (please bear in mind this takeaway is down the road, about a 5 minute most drive). Then, after the THIRD time calling the food still didn’t arrive till around 15 mins later?!. The naan bread was soggy 😤. I’m never ordering from here again, gutted
I prefer my curries for tea not breakfast... 1 hour and 45 minutes and Still no food has been delivered. Even if it tastes amazing the wait is not acceptable ! * Update order was also incorrect, we ordered normal braised lamb and received tough dry tikka in a different sauce to what was ordered. Jokers
