HR Advisor | Doncaster | £38K Elevation HR are proud to be supporting the recruitment of a HR Advisor for a manufacturing business based in Doncaster on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a brand-new role created due to growth, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on generalist role with a strong Employee Relations focus. You'll join an established HR team within a large multi-site manufacturing business, supporting managers, and helping to build capability across the organisation. This is a fully site-based role with bi-weekly travel between sites with occasional working from home when supporting on projects. Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor will include: Partnering with managers to provide practical guidance on people management and employee relations issues. Delivering consistent, commercially focused HR advice in line with company policy and employment legislation. Supporting absence management processes, including Occupational Health referrals and return-to-work planning. Analysing HR data and trends to provide insights and support informed decision-making. Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and the consistent application of HR policies across the business. Managing a busy Employee Relations caseload covering absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters. Conducting investigations and providing support through formal HR processes and hearings.
