Transport Planner

Transport Planner £34,000 - £40,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Progression + Training + Additional Company Benefits You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Rotherham, Doncaster, Holmfirth, Barnsley, Sheffield, Audenshaw, Huddersfield, Glossop. Other locations will also be considered. Are you from a Transport, Logistics or similar background and looking for a long term permanent role within a company who are passionate about continued staff investment and development. In this role you will work to coordinate and plan the transport function of the business across their multiple sites within a company who are going through period of sustained growth. The company are established throughout Europe and supply their solutions to a wide range of clients, due to expanding head count they are now looking to further grow head count. This role would suit someone with some previous experience in a transport/logistics focused role looking for a long term permanent position. The Role: Working as a Transport Planner within a specialist processing company Further duties include but are not limited to: documentation, compliance, costs and much more. The role will be based 3 days a week at Doncaster with the remaining 2 days at their other site in Audenshaw. However some flexibility around this can be discussed based on the candidates location. Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm. Further progression and training The Person: Previous experience in a Transport/Logistics focused role or similar A CPC qualification will be considered beneficial Driving license Long term permanent position
