Absolutely disgraceful company. Their payment system is fundamentally broken, yet they have no problem issuing fines when their own technology fails. I tried multiple times, across different devices and networks, on different days to pay for parking, but their system kept giving me an “external error.” Instead of acknowledging their fault, they ignored the issue and sent me a bailiff letter demanding £160 for a fine that should never have existed in the first place. Customer service? Non-existent. They just send robotic responses blaming the customer rather than fixing their flawed system. A parking company that can't even maintain a working payment system has no business issuing fines. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed into paying fines for their incompetence.
Not expensive close to the destination where I visited
Plenty of parking but makes u dizzy.
I recommend
