The Village at Waterdale Car Park

DO NOT PARK HERE!! OWNERS OF CAR PARK KNOWINGLY DAMAGE YOU CAR. After parking here, I came back to huge limescale marks all over the car. They know about this as the attendant came out with vinegar and a kitchen scourer. It may be £3 a day but it's not worth it for the marks all over your car. STAY CLEAR.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give it NO stars I would. Absolute shocking signage for the opening times. Yes it’s cheap however it’s like a dungeon and no contact information for if you get stuck. Went to the savoy cinema and car got locked in over night!! Park at the civic car park round the corner instead. I’m lucky my car didn’t suffer any damage like any of the other reviews I’ve seen!

I wish I could give 0 stars. First and last time parking here. I wish I'd read some of the reviews already on here before parking. After getting home from parking in this carpark (it was dark) my car is covered in white streak marks. I've been through the car wash and also scrubbed with hot soapy water and I can still see marks. I'm absolutely fuming and will be returning will also be reporting to council. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I dread to think what state it's going to be in when I look at in in the morning and also dread the cost of how much this is going to cost to fix

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Limescale dripping from the ceiling all over the car and has ruined the chrome! No warning signs up for this. Absolute nightmare to clean off. The man at the payment booth had a white vinegar spray ready to wipe windscreens on the way out and told me it's from the limescale from the ceiling so they are fully aware.... He was trying to be helpful but it doesn't help to clean the rest of the car though. At £3 for the day I thought it was good value but it should be free. You can only pay cash too but you don't know until you're down the ramp and if someone is behind you then you can't back out to go elsewhere. Ruined the car! Stay clear!

Would give it a 0 if possible. Do NOT park here. Used it to access the Savoy cinema and came back to find car had been keyed. Not secure and no-one to contact about it. Area is very unsavoury and regret leaving it there now.
