Spoke to the accountant about filing my SA800 and approached as a very serious client. The attitude I got was that “I think I’ll be too expensive for you and you’re better going elsewhere as I handle bigger clients”. Let me make it clear that a business should look after ALL paying clients and should be just as helpful in any case. Who knows how deep my pockets are and why should I be judged before a price is discussed?
