HSBC Doncaster

I attended HSBC in Doncaster today.The member of staff Nr Amine Ben Nassar that helped us with request was incredibly polite, very professional, knowledgeable about the different products available to us. Outstanding customer service and a credit to your bank.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and empathy shown to me yesterday by Imrani Sayeed and her colleague (who was training). Nothing was too much trouble and their advice and support was invaluable. Keep it up guys, you were fab!!!

I went into hsbc doncastor today 12.00 ,i had a problem buying premium bonds by myself, a young lady at the greeting desk said she would find someone to help me, i spent 20 minutes with mrs Andrea Oxby who was very helpful, Andrea is an expert,credit to hsbc, thank you,please stop closing banks,we need help in this changing world.

Excellent service. I had a terrible experience with another bank in Doncaster and it was literally a case of get out of that bank and change banks ASAP. I walked a short distance and saw a HSBC bank and thought ok i will give these a go . The staff were excellent they dealt with a furious person in a professional manner i told them what i wanted and why that was and they talked to a angry person explaining what products would be available to me and what they would give me . The upshot of this is that well under a hour i had a account set up with a online banking account sorted as well. The advisor assured me that HSBC would take care of the transfer as i stated i don't want anything to do with my previous bank including any type of correspondence . This i am pleased to say has happened and i am now a happy HSBC customer .
