As a long standing customer, today I saw the worst customer service representation from Jack @ the Doncaster branch with an elderly couple, then he proceeded to be rather rude with me too, if customer service isn't your thing may I suggest you seek different employment, sadly a bad reflection on a superb building society 😔

I'd been working in the Netherlands for 20+ years and tried to open a new bank account when i came back. I tried a few banks to no avail. I came here with my brother and one of his utility bills and it was no problem. been a very happy customer for the last 4 years. Very friendly and helpful service. There's hand sanitiser on the way in. There's free wifi. Their savings account seems to be above average. Highly recommended. Thank you Nationwide :-)

The staff who I have interacted with have all been friendly, great customer service and willing to help in any way they can. Even in sticky situations where I've been in town and bought some shopping and realised I'd forgotten my bank card..nightmare! I called in the bank to see if they could help and luckily enough I had the relevant ID to withdraw some cash. Thank you for your service (Doncaster Branch) over the years, I have and will keep on recommending to people to switch accounts. Only this week I got my son to switch. Thanks Nationwide

I had been traying sort my mortgage dates out for three months loads phone calls been in a few branches for help last resort went in Doncaster saw lovely man called tom he listened got on phone and with in ten min all sorted what a lovely, kind, helpful man he was so good and I could thank him enough thank you so much top man great at his job .
