Absolutely shocking I’m trying to get through to sort some issues out but I need a customer number to speak to someone and as I do not bank with NatWest I do not have these details can’t speak to anyone outrageous
Haley Liddle set up on line banking for me .Very efficient and friendly lady .I have found all the Nat West team extremely helpful .I can't ever remember having to wait a long time before assistance arrived . Well done ! Thankyou so much .
Excellent service, easy to navigate, comfortable while waiting, qualified staff. All employees are friendly and positive. I especially want to thank Hayley Liddle who always clearly, quickly and to the point will tell, help, do. If you have any questions, she is ready to help and explain everything to the smallest detail. I thank her for her kindness and professionalism in her work. It's very nice to deal with such people.
