TSB Bank

Recently visited TSB in Doncaster to open a joint family account. I have not used TSB before but I have to say I was very impressed with the service and staff.The advice was excellent and the knowledge of both Jane and Rachel was outstanding. Everything was done with ease, nothing was too much trouble and they answered all our questions. The account was set up in one meeting and the follow up support was exceptional. I am considering moving all my accounts to TSB. Very impressive.

Beware !This bank is not to be trusted with your funds , had my wages paid in and they froze my account straight away . I gave evidence my payslip and it’s still under investigation, while this is ongoing , I cannot feed my family or even go to work so I am at risk of loosing my entire life work because I made the mistake to trust them with my money . Blonde lady in lobby was harassing me and not helpful at all. . I tried to raise a complain but got refused because they don’t have an outcome to investigation . P.s I am telecommunication engineer and nothing suspicious about my wages . Imagine for a second you work your ass for hole month for your wage , just for bank to take it from you and give it back when they feel like it I am literally crying and going trough a mental breakdown due to above . Single father of 3 children cannot feed his family because of the crooked TSB bank and their bad will employees. I am starting to think that , maybe the only way out of their trap is to end my life

Brilliant staff I went in for a problem an the lady small blond about 45yr old sorted everything an sorted me on line banking out thank u so much xx

Manageress was most pleasant and extremely helpful when my account got locked sorted it out within a few minutes. Thanks unlike the maltby branch where the manager is unhelpful arrogant and rude

Love this bank and branch. Nothing's too much trouble. They had issues with internet banking at the start, but since then, everything is great.
