Terrible delivery day and i regret purchasing from Doncaster branch. My sales person used to call me daily around 08:59 until i paid the deposit. Then no calls/emails response from him. I went to take delivery from Wembley car has no fuel 1 key no battery and the other almost going to die. Changing the key batteries costs me £25. Attached recepit.Wembley guys Dileep & Yuji told they are helpless and called Doncaster Manager, he telling my sales person is new to job and was covering his mistake. If he is new it’s Manager’s job to make my transaction happen smoothly!!! Right?? People like you are spoiling the reputation of Arnold Clark. Promised car fragrance kit was not there, Manager telling maybe valet team have removed it. The car wasn’t even washed for a couple of days. There was spider webs everywhere which i showed to Mr. Dileep of wembley. Car tax papers was not completed, it was after my call Doncaster Manager started to sort my vehicle tax. Regret buy this car from Doncaster Arnold Clark. Update - Arnold Clark Doncaster did send me a cheque for the key fob batteries I replaced and send me the car fragrance.

Really great experience with Mathew selling my car. After being messed around by other companies/dealers before this, I wasn’t expecting much going into the appointment. The entire process was quick and straightforward - Mathew was super helpful and friendly and offered a price I was very happy with. Would definitely consider selling or buying with this branch again in the future because of this! 😊

I pulled in yesterday to charge ( white EV6) The guy from Arnold Clarke was so helpful & kind . He spent ages helping - chargers in the area had had cables cut & some of the Arnold Clarke chargers were out of action too. He stood in the cold and helped downloading app- sorting out these chargers is never straightforward it seems! Then waited until charging underway, then made me a coffee. Thank you so much. Greatly appreciated

Booked on Arnold Clark own app, for EV charge at 8pm Saturday. Traveled to Showroom, to find no auto gate opening, so could not get in. Waste of time and money outside of showroom opening times it appears. Even worse, is it because after when I looked, the Electroverse app has the chargers listed as 'out of order" while not received any notification from Arnold Clark, and can still book on their own app!
