Beyond exceptional service! Let’s start there! I have just purchased my new car and it has been the easiest, smoothest and friendliest car sales experience I’ve ever had. Andy Turnball is incredibly friendly, helpful and puts absolutely no pressure on the customer. He’s there to help and is the first sales man I’ve found that doesn’t force the car upon you. His approach is helpful and relaxed which makes the whole experience less pressured and stressful, and this time was actually enjoyable. Andy answered every phone call I made, and returned any missed calls within 5 minutes. He answered emails quickly, always kept me up to date and went above and beyond to ensure I was sorted. He even came in on his day off to see me off with my new car. Then I’ve had more queries about apps etc since purchasing the car and Andy is still providing great service and reaching out to the wider team to help me access the app. Thankyou so much to Andy, he really made this car purchase super easy and enjoyable and now I am over the moon to be driving about in my gorgeous new car. From start to finish of purchasing a first car for our 17-year old son Will, the team have been vested in the story. My son spotted the car five weeks ago and we bought it immediately. I collected on Christmas Eve ready for a surprise reveal the next morning (he had no clue).
