I had a fantastic experience with Stoneacre from beginning to end. Everyone was so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. Joe came with me on the test drive and patiently answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease. Michael was also incredibly helpful — he sorted out all the paperwork smoothly and made the handover of my new MG S5 easy and stress-free. As this is my first electric car, Michael took the time to explain everything, showed me how to use the car properly, and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with the car so far. To top it all off, I was lucky enough to win a Huawei smart watch when I picked up the car from the store — such a great bonus! Thank you to Joe, Michael, and the whole Stoneacre team. Recently bought a used car and traded in my old one, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joe, our salesman, was excellent from start to finish - really low-pressure, friendly, and gave us plenty of time to go away and think things through before making any decisions. Trading in my car was quick and straightforward, and the whole process felt easy and completely stress-free. Overall, they made what can normally be a headache into a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience. Would definitely recommend. I visited Stoneacre with my mum as she was looking for a new car, we were welcomed by Oliver who was friendly and helpful and assisted with us looking in a couple of cars she was interested in and one she really liked was a Corsa, we left to continue the search as this was our first stop however nothing topped the Corsa so we returned and asked for Oliver again, we went out for a test drive and she decided that was the car for her. We went back and started the purchase process, as this was Oliver’s first sale he was joined by Jamie to assist with each step, they were both very helpful, friendly and chatty making the transaction really smooth and easy. We returned the following day to collect the car which again was a really easy process. Cannot recommend Stoneacre on Barnby Dun Road enough, everyone was friendly, helpful and very easy going to deal with.
