I had a great experience at Stoneacre this past week purchasing a used car. From the start, after my enquiry, I was looked after by Callum and he was brill. He was very patient and explained everything in an easy way to understand. This was my first dealership purchase for many years and to be honest I was dreading it but everything was so easy and relaxed. I didn't feel pressurised or anything, it was all very straightforward. My circumstances allowed me to take the car on the day, which was amazing. Thanks again Callum, I'm very happy with my new car.

What a really great customer service experience from start to finish! Ali took me for my test drive and was friendly, helpful and very patient. He explained the mod cons on the car (my first time driving an EV) and answered all my questions. Charlotte was great! She was friendly helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery. What a great experience and really fab customer service! I would definitely recommend them!

Bought a used Mazda a few months ago from here and had to have some work done under warranty. The service team especially Ben and Briody were superb. Kept me up to date at all times while the car was with them. The used warranty purchased proved to be worth every penny. Great customer service all round.

Lewis Ashton helped in every way he could such a nice friendly sales man, not pushy just wanted to offer the right deal for what I was looking for. From first going in and looking at what was on offer to driving out of the showroom in my new car, Lewis made the whole experience the best I have ever had. Meeting the rest of the team on pick up day and everyone so friendly, offering any help or advice should I need it after I drove away. I would definitely recommend Lewis Ashton and Mazda as the perfect car buying experience. I will definitely be back in the future as their service and expertise was outstanding. I cant express enough how fantastic they all are.

This is for Joel. I received a email, but it wouldn't let me reply, so here we go... From the moment I was put into his hands regards me looking for a car. He took me from the beginning to the end, with patience and listening ears. Even my own car that was in the car park which was not near, he bought it closer for me saw when I had finished I didn't have to go far for it as in was on the door step to say. All the ones who work in the department with regards to helping you find a car that's right for you, even down to the ones who need a mobility car. There serves is spot on.
