Tow & Go Caravans

We purchased a tourer caravan from Sonny Young at Tow and Go Caravans in Doncaster. The service was exceptional! We were given ample time to look around the vans and decide which one we wanted to buy. Sonny was extremely helpful throughout the process and was efficient and courteous. Everything went according to plan and the caravan was delivered promptly. Brilliant, thank you!

Where to start……..great service throughout. First visit and impression was great, we were greeted, told caravans were unlocked then left to browse at our own pace with zero pressure to leave a deposit or to buy. Went for a second visit and same again, zero pressure just left to look (which I love, cannot stand been followed around so this experience was great and very relaxed) Made a deposit and again, Sonny made sure we were welcome. Even let my little girl who was bored by this point doodle all over a desk pad he had. Kept me posted throughout the checks on the van, then collection, was ran through use of features and again, made to feel very welcome and relaxed throughout. Van was nice and clean and ready to go when I got there. Overall, if I could give 6 stars I would as really enjoyed the interactions with Sonny and his team and would definitely go back again. Great service, very friendly staff and owner, nothing was too much.

Great experience from start to finish. Went and viewed the caravan we wanted 1 week ago. Put a deposit down. Picked up our first caravan today. Sonny even helped up attach our tow hook as we was struggling and got absolutely filthy but was no bother to him. Been great throughout the process keeping us informed. Got everything repaired he said he would on the van. And just been absolutely down to earth the whole time. Never met a more decent no pressure sales man before. Highly recommend.

I bought a caravan of Sonny literally couple days ago. Top quality for price paid. No messing about or lies just straight up friendly and professional service. Didnt know much about caravans but Sonny got me to up speed and went out of his way more than once to help me on my way. Couldnt recommend enough 10/10 5*

Purchased our first ever Caravan from here. Was greeted by Kerry who was very helpful and explained everything to us , Sonny went above and beyond for us. Definitely 5 Stars from me .
