Purchased my car today, what a pleasant experience it has been. Aaron has done nothing but go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable behind the wheel, he was very thorough when it came down to the important stuff too. He has the utmost respect and nothing was too much for him. He's made my car buying experience a great one and I cannot thank him enough. I'm very pleased with my new car and I drove away today without any issues or concerns. I will certainly be recommending this place to many others. Thank you once again.

Where to start.....Aaron is the sort of guy you'd want to go to the pub with and talk all afternoon long. He's a fantastic guy and in when it comes to selling you a car it's like having a family member with you. No pressure what so ever. Decent test drive as opposed to just around the block some garages offer. Has all the time in the world to answer all your questions , even the daft ones and I asked plenty of those I'm sure. The car a Jaguar 3.0 V6 is a dream to drive and I came from Warrington to view and test drive. It was worth the trip. It's a second hand car and 14 years old so I expect the odd niggling problem at some point but so far......perfect. it's the car for me. May I take this opportunity to say to Aaron thank-you very much and it may be some time but if you're still there I'd buy my next car from you. I bought a Mondeo estate from Aaron about a month ago. The car is great it needed some work doing before I could take it all the way through the process communication from Aaron was brilliant. He did everything he promised and more a really nice honest car dealer. I would definitely buy from here again Aaron Dom and the team are polite and helpful.

Firstly, I must apologise for this late review, I was waiting for 6 months after we had bought the car from Zak's motors, unfortunately life gets in the way and I have only just found the time to write this review now. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Arron and Dom, they were very professional and courteous. We purchased an automatic VW polo for my daughter. I viewed the car and test drove it and it was perfect apart from a few minor niggles that needed fixing, this was dealt with very promptly, at no additional cost. After we took the car home another minor issue arose a few weeks later but, once again dealt with straight away, the after care from the dealership is first class. I would definitely recommend Zak's cars, honest and trustworthy, which is a rarity in the car trade nowadays. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for an amazing experience.

Bought my new car from Zaks Cars only this week. I was very anxious buying a car from anywhere as the last 2 i have bought from other dealerships have had underlying problems, the last one only 3 months ago. I phoned first about the volvo, the guys didn't pressure anything but advised i should come and see the car. I went to view on the Wednesday, i spotted an issue with alignment on the test drive which i told them about. Although i liked the car I still had alot to think about but they were more than happy to let me have a few days to think about it properly, i did pay deposit but there was no pressure to get back in touch. I ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle, they had the alignment done, service and MOT before I collected the car on the Friday. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service, the guys were honest and relaxed, no pressure at all. I'm so sorry i can't remember their names but both of the men i couldn't fault. I've since drove the car 150 miles and only come across some minor faults such as 2 speakers not working and the air con is a little noisy, but the car is 15 years old, and for what it is and what i bought it for, i got it a real bargain. Fingers crossed she won't let me down, but as a whole, the most relaxed car buying experience i've had. Would reccomend.
