Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Doncaster North

My insurance arranged my courtesy car with enterprise after an accident. The staff were super friendly and helpful during the process of hiring and returning the vehicle. They were also really quick to find me a suitable car to drive in the meantime. Lifted a huge weight off my shoulders whilst I was without my own car. Would 100% recommend! Thankyou :)

Enterprise were absolutely awesome today! My car is in the garage and due to work needed I couldn't collect it today as planned. I need to get to work for the next 4 days (12 hour shifts from 6am to 6pm) , so zero chance of picking my car up now until Monday! (It's Tuesday today). Ordered a "compact" online (assuming the system would only allow you to book what is available!) and about 2 hours later turned up to collect the car only to be told that they didn't have any cars available and definitely couldn't get one for me today. They offered to transfer my reservation to a large depot close to where I work (I was at a small depot that was the only one I could get to by bus). Since I couldn't get a bus home for another 2 hours (and the depot closed in 1.5 hours), I asked if I could sit and keep warm whilst I tried to contact a work colleague and see if he'd be willing to almost double his journey time to work to pick me up in the morning, with the hope I'd have a car by the end of the day!). Just as I was about to send the message the chap behind the desk pipes up, "there's a car on it's way back in, you can have that one when it arrives". So, I ended up with a free upgrade to an "intermediate", a Skoda Octavia. Very nice car to drive. Bit of luxury compared to my 20 year old car! So, Enterprise, Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster, you're awesome. You did everything you could to help me out and you far exceeded my expectations.

My insurance arranged for a courtesy car through Enterprise and the team were so helpful and lovely and quick at getting me a car sorted and explained how it all worked while I waited for repairs on my car. My car was being repaired by turners down the road and I was able to leave the car there when I collected mine and didn’t have to worry about logistics of returning and collecting. Great branch.

Extremely helpful staff - Jack explained the car controls carefully and the different levels of insurance cover available. Very professional and supportive.

I reviewed yesterday but unfortunately it was Doncaster south branch. I recently hired at the north branch & was over the moon with the service. It was a short notice hire but received the vehicle I required. Staff very polite and professional., especially Keegan.
