Ready rent a Car

It's a long story. I'll keep it short. We wanted a small van as our vehicle had a small problem and wasn't sure how long it was going to take. We had hired a van in January this year and the staff were lovely & helpful that's why we went back. But there was such a contrast with the 2 girls on the front desk now. The girl who was dealing with us probably doesn't know the word discretion or meaning of it. A quality of speaking to avoid causing offence. She did a good job and managed to make my husband feel dejected. We had to go back twice due to us not having all the letters required. We had a NHS letter, though dated April this year his appointment was for October. She wouldn't accept that. We both felt very uncomfortable. I believe some discretion on her part should have accepted that letter instead of nit picking and he had hired a van before. We would have lost £50 if we had walked away. We needed a set of wheels so I hired it and I could drive my husband where he needed to be. Also I always thought folks should be shown the T's & C's before you paid not after!! The 1 star is given because the girl acted promptly when I rang that the van didn't start the next day. The mechanic was lovely and it was a simple thing to put the clutch down then turn the key. I must have done it to get home and not realised. I think both receptionist could do with some training on people skills or work as a Doctors receptionist. Thankfully we don't have to go back there if we need to hire there are loads around & about.. I will no longer recommend Ready Rent a Car Doncaster.

Watch out for the chipped windscreen scam mark on windshield could hardy be seen with naked eye but went straight to it when vehicles returned can’t prove it but think everyone who hirs that car gets charged hirers beware

I've rented a vehicle from this company for many months now. This company has an excellent range of vehicle in a clean tidy condition at a affordable rates a cross the board. The staff are welcoming excellent communication skills. I've used this company for many years. Even though I use to work for K.W. Sadler car rentals for many years. This company is going from strength to strength over the year's. Well done to the management & all the staff. Your all a credit to this company.

I've been a customer at the Doncaster branch for over 6 months. This company is faultless starting with the reception staff who are polite and always resolve any issues. Cars are always nearly new and presented in an immaculate condition. The check in and out guys are polite and finally the prices are exceptional. Nice to find a company like this

Great Pricing and good quality Van, we got everything we asked for. The Staff could do with being a bit more customer friendly as there was only 2 there that were. Hopefully that rubs off on the others. Also the on site Valleter's were very polite and friendly and do a brilliant Job, as every time I collect a vehicle its like a new 1. Will definitely be back hopefully the staff are all friendly and not snapping at customers as witnessed it a couple of times.
