Have been buying from them for over ten years, They delivered a damaged wing, which we took it to our paintshop unopened. On discovery, ordered another expecting them to take it back. They wouldn't. Don't think they care about their customer at all.

We use these guys all the time, always have stock and always ready for collection straight away. Highly recommend!

Mk8 transit bonnet 19 onwards Bought bonnet painted it fit to van .customer brought van back said fan won’t suck any air when put interior fan on opened bonnet realised only one air intake under bonnet on wrong side so when bonnet is shut fan carnt suck any air which will burn motor out .bonnets are for left hand drive vehicles phoned imperial panels up .they said they have sold loads of wrong bonnets and don’t care intake should be on left hand side not right .wish had red reviews before buying cowboy outfit .tried leaving picture but won’t let me will putting video on you tube..

Ordered a bonnet from them, they were the only company which had some in stock & half the price of main dealer! Arrived quickly, very good quality, fit perfectly just required new bolts as the holes were too small to take the original bolts but not a problem. Very well packaged, would use them again!

Received damaged wing from them. They wouldn't take back as it wasn't opened when the courier dropped off. Offered 50/50 payment on the wing but was unable to use it due to being so damaged. Had to order an another unit to get the car sorted out. Still trying to get the 1st one back as they are not accepting the poor handing of their products. Currently out of pocket by £60 as a result. Can't say the customer service is the best on the matter, VERY unhelpful. If your product is good as you make out it too be.... take responsibility til the very end! Day 5 of the matter.... still on going.
