Diamond home support (Doncaster and Rotherham)

I have never had to use cleaner before, but found myself in a situation why I now do. From the first point of call to the cleaners themselves this company if great. Margy who I first spoke to listened to my requirements and assured me that everything would be done to a high standard. I had 2 cleaners who have done a fantastic job, they were polite, very professional and also happy! They put me at ease and did exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Do not use! After an initially impressive conversation with Margie at the Doncaster branch I decided to use this company for my elderly parents house which needed a deep clean. I had to chase several times to actually get an appointment secured, and that’s really where the nightmare began. The whole experience of dealing with this company has left me so stressed and exhausted. Cleaners were supposed to come to my parents house at 11 am and remain there until around 3 pm to deep clean the property. They left an hour and a half later, having barely scratched the surface. I could go on and on describing how difficult this company is to deal with and how they should not be in the homes of people with any form of additional needs but particularly those suffering from Alzheimer’s. They are impatient and basically took advantage of the whole situation. I have never come across such poor service and disregard for one of the most vulnerable members of society. I fortunately managed to get a refund of £290 from the £350 that I paid them. They charged me £60 for a three hour clean but I was just too exhausted and stressed to challenge that despite having proof that the cleaners were only there for half of that time. Seriously, save yourselves and your loved ones a load of hassle and go somewhere else.
