Avoid avoid avoid. My husband informed me to avoid at all costs this collection point as he had a terrible experience a year ago. I didn't listen. Now I'm sorry I didn't. I went in the shop, left a box on the floor then went in again with the second box and put it on top of the other one I left there previously. The clerk was checking out youtube or who knows what... she didn't even saw me entering the shop with the first box or even with the second. Anyway... I've asked the clerk if she would be able to start scanning those boxes for me so I can complete the drop and be on my way. When she looked at them, for the first time, she asked in a rude way, as if I actually bothered her with my presence there, to take them back as the shop doesn't collect "such large boxes". I would like to mention that these boxes weren't classed as large either when I booked them online for drop off. These were just medium size boxes with dimensions being around 43x37x50, this being the biggest one. I went outside to check if there is a sign anywhere that mentions they won't accept medium sized boxes... then she started blurting that the shop makes their own rules on what parcels they accept and what not... still, I was baffled. So I left the place... I am still baffled with this now, and maybe, with this review I'm making, I could get some kind of an answer on this regard. Aren't the collection points universal for any type of boxes I want to drop? For example: I want to drop an ironing table in a neat package of at least 1 meter in height. Can't I drop it at any UPS collection points? If this is a collection point why are we, the customers of UPS, having barriers dropping of parcels when the shop clearly specifies that they are a collection point and they accept parcels being dropped? Isn't there any way to just ask the shop to take down their sign as they aren't fulfilling their end of the bargain and making us, the customers, make long trips to a place that clearly doesn't want to collect any parcels? Like my husband said last year ... avoid this place. There is no point of even trying to drop a box here.

If I could 0 I would give 0. Terrible experience. Came 2 days ago. The clerk said that they have to many boxes and to come back next day. Next day came back again, same person in... Looks disgusted at me and not even walked in properly and started shouting that it's still no way I can leave my UPS parcel as it is still to many boxes left by other customers... I started asking her if that is still a UPS collection point and that I would complain and that I am upset ... and bla bla bla she was already asking another customer that was in line what he wanted... These people in this shop don't have a place to store boxes but keep having a sign outside with a drop off for UPS parcels... you serious? So now I'm looking at leaving somewhere this damn parcel which I still have and paid for and can't leave in this damn place as they are a collection point but they aren't... Try to avoid!
