Cantley Dental Centre

This was my very first visit to this clinic, as well as my first dental experience in England. I came for a professional dental cleaning. My impressions were somewhat mixed: on the one hand, everything looked clean and sterile, which is reassuring, but at the same time I am not entirely sure whether I am fully satisfied with the visit. I just think that all clinics operate differently and have different levels of customer focus. This is only my personal impression, but I would still recommend paying a visit – it could turn out to be the best clinic for someone else.

I recently had a hygienist appointment with Ben, assisted by Kat, and the care was excellent. My teeth felt thoroughly clean afterwards, and the treatment was comfortable throughout — no discomfort and no feeling like I was drowning in saliva. Both Ben and Kat were friendly, reassuring, and professional, which made the whole experience really smooth. The only slight downside wasn’t about the treatment itself but the general organisation. My appointment was scheduled for the same time the practice opened, which meant standing outside in the cold and rain until the doors were unlocked. It would be great if the practice could open the doors a little earlier for patients with the first appointment of the day. Overall, a very positive experience with Ben and Kat, and I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I received.

We have had the most exceptional care from each & every member of staff at Cantley Dental centre the last couple of years . We feel a huge positive shift since the new staff have been appointed here. The thing we notice most is the genuine Godly welcome, service , and smiles we get when we attend. Nothing is too much when it comes to the care needs of their patients. They take us back to the late 90s where protocol was to intuitively look after the human in front of you. THEY DO THIS WHOLEHEARTEDLY ❤️ and it's such a refreshing experience after a couple of decades being treated like a number. Mr Antonori was a fab dentist and after his retirement, I was a bit nervous having someone new. Daniel is very good and would recommend him to anyone. Friendly, reassuring and approachable. The receptionists are customer care focused too! They all deserve a crown-pun intended!

I have been coming to this practice for a number of years and have always been happy with the service I received. The staff, including the dentists have been so kind especially since I am a nervous patient. During filling appointments the nurses were so caring and helpful and took their time to reassure me. Would definitely recommend this practice if you haven't seen a dentist for a while!
