Doncaster GP Out of Hours Services

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would have put. Absolutely rude call handler, rang about my sick daughter. Abrupt ,no empathy , actually tutting and sighing on call. RUDE RUDE RUDE Needs customer service training, disgraceful

I made anapointment for 11pm Friday night when I arrived I was told it would be 2 hours before I could be seen The waiting room as full I was advised to waite in the corridor. I asked for them to make me another apiontment for the next day but was told the doctor as recommended for you to be seen. I went home how can waiting two hours in a crawded waiting room be safe

What is the point of having a out of hours Dr's appointment if when u get there nearly 2 hours latter sat waiting still to be told half hour behind, then should be next but looks like Dr's going on arrival time. One should be doing appointment times, another doing ones sent up from a and e but staff down sick so Dr's not following appointment times. Then told ones with appointments will just have to wait. I waited all afternoon to come to appointment time given. Aboustlety ridiculous

I've always had a really efficient and helpful service from the out of hours doctors when I've needed them. Can't fault the helpfulness and politeness of the staff when sorting an appointment and how they've always taken any issues with my children seriously and prioritised appointments. Thank you to the NHS as always

Absolutely waist of time ringing 111, 13 hours and still waiting for an appointment… call back from the gp, even if i supposed to receive a call back in 2 hours. No wonder why people go to a&e… no point waiting for a gp call back.
