Had problems with my stomach since I was 12 not being able to eat or go toilet properly and still they just tell me it’s nothing. What a joke of a medical centre. Last few time I’ve tried to make an appointment they aren’t bothered and just tell you a nurse will ring you back. Been on anti depressants for years and now there saying nothing on record about it. Also the receptionist a bit rude and wasn’t very helpful an just told me I would have to call back another day.

The reception staff here are poor. Never answer the phone and always then put the phone down when you get through if it's between 1 and 2 because they go on there dinner break. The doctors and nurses are fine just needs vast improvement on admin.

I've been using this practice for 30 years and had no complaints. The doctors very good. Nurses excellent. Now you get a horrible woman at reception eating quavers and very abrupt .and doctors that are all strangers . Chasing there tails . Appalling.

ive been with them 20 yrs and always been happy , as my previous doctors was not good ,never had problem with responists , only down side rarely get to see a doctor and i think now there is only one doctor at the surgery.its getting worse now ,im suicidal suffer from depression and cant see a doctor today , and asked to ring tommorow , and might be lucky and get an appointment , dont blame the surgery blame the govermnet as our n h s is really going downhill .

Gone from 5 doctors to next to nothing...dont know how it's still called a GP Practice. Been going here since it was on Bradford Row, now looking at a different GP for my family
