DRG HEALTH CLINIC

My wife has seen Mr V Panikkar 3 times in this clinic, she has been well looked after and the staff are very friendly and caring, Mr Panikkar is an excellent surgeon and she would not tust anyone else with treatment for her back. The aftercare is also excellent. Couldn't wish for better care.

Had a procedure done 01/05/25 Excellent care, all staff were really kind & professional, everything explained thoroughly, Consultant and nurse talked me through the full procedure as it happened. The care I received was person centred, I was made to feel at ease at every step of the procedure from booking the appointment to the after care being explained. Excellent service all round 😊

This is the second time I’ve been to DRG Health Clinic, where I saw the GP, Dr Gupta. Dr Gupta takes the time to listen to you. She never rushes you through the appointment, she encourages you to ask questions. Her explanations are clear and delivered in a way you can understand. Like Dr Gupta her staff are kind, thoughtful and happy to help. In this day of being unable to get a face to face NHS GP appointment, I feel Dr Gupta and her team deliver a first class service to patients. One that I will be using again. Thank you to such a great team and a fabulous service. Well done!

Can't praise you enough. Very pleasant service. My blocked ear was sorted within minutes of me walking in the door (no appointment needed). Would have had to wait two weeks for my surgery's nurse to see me. It was worth the money. Thank you.

Initial discussion was in June, but as others have said you really have to chase for answers. Neck issues, finally treated in Oct with steroid injection but no follow up booked. Now I'm back again and chasing again for codes, and treatment... Nice place and friendly but poor service especially for private health care.
