Kingthorne General Practicioners Group Practice

Outstanding practice . I have met most of the staff and they are all committed to patient care . Nothing is too much trouble and they make me feel they genuinely care on a personal level. I truly appreciate that it's a team effort and it's an efficient process . Moving to this practice was like moving from hell to heaven. I particularly found angels in the compassionate Dr Thaver and receptionist, Denise . They are my A team.

Ive only been registered with this surgery a few years not had problems like i had in the last year they cancelled my smear when it was arranged weeks ago till be let down few days before I couldnt even re book ?? So i called. The sat clinic, connected with kingthorne they were lovely but unable to find my cervix? And to come back there which was arranged but I decided to make another appointment with the GPI MADE it clear I do not wish atm to rebook its causing me so much anxiety, as I had trauma from all these smear s and attemps , I only just had surgery on my left hip still recovering, which wasn't taken into account. Now I get so many calls to book in for a smear No I refuse the care and understanding just usnt there ... disappointed yes iam 😔!

Had a cough and flu like symptoms for over 2 month this surgery doesn’t care Just left to suffer

The worst communication service I've ever had. They do everything they can to make sure you can't contact them.

The Kingthorne Group are better than first class. Having been a patient for some years I have a definite authority of giving my opinion. Dr Coleman and his wonderful team are incredible. Thankyou. David Porthouse
