Park View Surgery Newton Medical Centre

Ive got to say, since this surgery turned more corporate and a whole new system and all the staff that have been there years on reception have left. The practice just doesn’t have the same feel! However I’ve seen both Nurse Katie and Nurse Jess.. and they were amazing! They’re both so polite, laid back, non judgmental! They make your visit so much easier and relaxed, this is a big thing! These two nurses are a big credit and I’m never gonna fear going to see these two nurses as they listen and give the best care!! Thank you both!☺️

Ive always said what a great service my doctors surgery gave, but it's gone drastically down hill in the last 12 months. All the reception staff are new and are useless and seem to say the right things but don't deliver. The waiting area is always empty, so I don't understand why they always seem so busy and not able to see an actual doctor. I've been told in numerous occasions to contact Cavendish court if I need care, but aren't the doctors supposed to help in day time hours. Im so disappointed and will move doctors soon.

Had a horrible year with one illness after another and a minor accident. Got through to the surgery and an appointment in no time and all the support needed from friendly kind nurses and doctors. Hopefully I can stop bothering them so much but despite all negativity our NHS recieving, I cannot fault all the staff at parkview

I found the receptionist very rude today. First of all said I didn't have an appointment as this wasn't my son's doctors, when she found us yelled from other side of there office to take a seat. Then when came out from seeing the doctor, I was advised from doctor to rebook for 7 weeks return then to be told we don't book that far ahead, if was for me then that's ok. But was for my son, then when asked where we pick up his prescription then to be told you don't go to this doctor so you can't get from here. Found this service very rude, I would understand if they was busy and rushed but was quite. I don't understand why we was treated so poorly because we wasn't from this doctor's. Poor. The doctor was great with my boy.

I try to avoid surgery's at all costs despite working in one ..but I can truthfully say that from drs nurses and reception I have always been so impressed and I cannot praise the surgery enough. Always dealt with and followed up promptly. Fabulous staff throughout.
