I've been with this practice for many many years. I've always had exelant Service with them. There's always a Nice smile and a Nice word when I've visited this practice. People must be aware.? That this is a Very busy practice. But if you See Rachel Story She's a Wonderful lady along with all the other team. Thay will go out of there way to help everyone. So please be a Patient patient

Since joining this practice, my experience has been absolutely shocking. At my first visit, a doctor gave me the personal details of another patient — a serious GDPR breach that I would never have expected from a professional practice. To make matters worse, I was booked for a referral to hospital care back in December, and after waiting for 6 months, I found out that my referral was never sent correctly. The hospital rejected my referral due to errors, and nobody at the practice thought to follow up or inform me. Now they have contacted me again to say that they need to send my referral all over again, which means I’ll wait even longer for the care I urgently need. This level of incompetence and lack of care for patients is unacceptable. This practice is an absolute joke — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

No stars. Bentley - Couldnt get hold of my records from my old doctors so couldnt get prescription. Chemists pharmacist gave me emergency prescription, then was refused a second one , but doctors still hadnt got my records. GP didnt have any record of my 6 medications. I then had to have a telephone appoinment with the GP phaharmacist and he said "what would you like ?" leaving it to me to tell him (from my written list) what meds I took and what size and frequency. Not all of my meds that were on repeat were on repeat so I had to ask the receptionist to ask the Dr. for individual items with no response so I dont know what I am getting and couldnt get without a drs appintment, which takes 2 weeks. 6 Months later records of my meds were lost from the database again so had to have a 2nd appoinment with GPs pharmacist who ask me "What would you like ?" again. Just had a Drs appoinmenmt at Woodlands with chronic GERD and very ill. Told the doctor I also have asthma and have 2 x sprays on my meds list. He said he has no record of me ever having had asthma on the databse he was accessing despite me having had this since 12 years old I am now nearly 60. My old doctors nurse used to contact ME and ask me to come in for and asthma test. I am at my wits end. Draw your own conclusions.

Absolutely ridiculous. The doctor tells you to make a further appointment and you can’t get one. Only book two weeks in advance and fully booked. This is routine! Lovely receptionist but has a thankless task. After 32 years it’s time to move I think.

Impossible to getting a doctor apointment , from more a week everydays 8am calls i had to wait most time 40 on more minutes for receptionist to pic up the phone no shance get appoitment call tomorrow or doctor is in holiday but day before no one told me that. Before as Bentley Health Centre the reception worked at a much higher level , it was more helpful and patient - friendly
