Absolutely shocking the level of neglect from this doctor is an absolute joke! I attend this place most weeks it’s draining I have long term illnesses and no answers 3 years I’ve had to fight for answers or even help still no answers and still no help time waisting appointments getting passed about like burden appointments that when you get there they say ohhh I’m not aloud to prescribe medication well that was a pointless appointment on top of that I have health records telling them to prescribe certain medications that when I go down for these prescriptions I get absolutely nowhere! NEGLECT! Had 3 weeks of this circus that’s just for the prescription I’ve been neglected for 3 whole years! Going round in circles half of them haven’t a clue what they are doing a will openly admit it to you during your appointment! If you want to be in safe hands I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS AT ALL! Used to be amazing when I was little it’s running itself into the ground an endangering lives!

Worst GP’s practice I have ever used. Appointments booked out for months in advance. Don't bother driving down, there is no parking and when you do eventually get in the surgery you will be met with reception staff who are despondent and miserable, they are quite blunt, even if you are friendly. The staff should give my job a go with UK Probation Service, then they will know what real stress is. Call from 0800 onwards they say. You will never get through to book anything. I get the system is under stress but when I compare it to previous GPs I’ve used this one is a train wreck. Logged onto their newly updated app today to have a go at getting an appointment, guess what? The app is now even more convoluted and difficult to use than it was before! Tried calling next...45th in line. Horrendous! The only positive at this surgery is Dr Sudhip Sinha and my one star is for him. However, it is a lottery and if you do get an appointment with him you have won as he is a real doctor. he has Compassion, Empathy and Genuine Medical Skills. Update 3 Dec 2025 and I need to see a doctor, I logged into the app and of course this surgery have now achieved the impossible and are not taking ANY appointments, so I am now left wondering what it is they actually do there?

My son is Autistic and an Asthma sufferer. The struggles we have continuously with this Surgery is beyond words. He has also had cancer and any issues with his chest or breathing are serious. I have requested his inhalers twice and a week later I still don’t have them and he’s nearly run out. They know how serious his condition is, yet show no urgency or compassion. I have been with this surgery 20 years myself and now I need to move somewhere else. I speak to friends and family who never have these problems. They don’t listen and understand how my sons disability affects his ability to communicate so I have to be on top of his well-being in case his cancer returns. What a world we live in when a GP practice holds the life of a 5 year old in their hands and show no empathy or help.

This is the worst surgery I have ever seen or been in my entire life. I tried to ring by 8am opening for 30mins or more you can just get through. And finally when you got through the reception will tell you is fully booked. For four days in a roll I couldn't book for appointment to see my GP. And when I request for Doctor call back, I was told that no doctor is available for the entire week. The staff's are unfriendly. I am moving my family away from this practice.
