The Flying Scotsman Health Centre - Doctors Surgery

Today, I have had my first extraction. The staff were absolutely fabulous. I was really quite scared but I was made to feel at ease. The dental surgeon was very gentle with me. The assistant nurse was really lovely. Tried to make me feel calm as I was so scared. She had a lovely bedside manner. 10 out 10 for you're service today. Also,a big thank you too.

He is incredibly respectful, confident, and truly knows what he’s doing. You can immediately tell from the way he speaks, works, and carries himself that he has a natural talent for dentistry. His calm energy and positive vibe make the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I’m certain Harun will go far in his career — he has all the qualities of a future top-level dentist. This rating is because they don’t listen to anything you say - you are just a statistic… a number. There is no individual issue or problem. There is no reassurance. You either fit into their system or don’t. I think it’s a terrible way to deal with people who are trying to get help regarding their health. You would get better service if you were returning a product to a shop. But this is how human beings get treated now. Waiting 5 working days regardless of your issue!! When did we arrive at this level of coldness?! I would not recommend this practice - they don’t care - at all.

Took me 4 days to finally be able to write the message to the practice and receive an answer the 5th day. 1st day I called as I was uneducated that now it's app ONLY appointments and questions. 2nd day I had to call again as on the first call receptionist didn't mention that it's 8am sharp that I need to log into the app and had to write down what exactly I need because it's time sensitive exercise. 3rd day I finally had opportunity to write down my issue and get disappointed as the app froze. After getting back I couldn't register my question. Why there's reception at all if they can't help beside redirecting to the app? At least it helped me to make my mind and find the other practice.

I visited the flying scotsman dentist in doncaster on the 28th june 2025 regarding a broken tooth i had, on arrival I paid the £27, the dentist advised me the tooth was brittle and didn't feel confident enough to extract it without it breaking more, she said it would need a surgical extraction and would arrange an appointment which could take 4 to 6 weeks to come through, on leaving I paid another £47 and was told to wait for the appointment, having heard nothing i made a complaint on the 6th of October and got a reply from them stating it would take 14 days to find out why, after 14 days I received another email stating it would take another 14 days, it's now been 17 weeks since I paid them and received nothing, I have now requested my money back, the place is not fit for purpose I will be taking it further.
