The medical centre

This medical centre practice, receptionist today who took the call was so rude I had to remind her the surgery records all calls I have asked for a call from Sarah still waiting in my opinion this surgery has gone from five star to one . Not all the receptionist are like this. Been at this practice 59 years 6 months.

Called me in to discuss results and an examination, Lady doctor who was friendly and considerate, explained the results in detail along with a hand drawn diagram, excellent service, waiting time in reception approx 5 mins, reception staff polite and efficient. been registered there for over 60 years wouldn't go anywhere else, always helpful.

Besides from being rude, they counted the minutes that I was in the toilet and decided to put it on my gp health record and you call this profesionalism? More like probably being sassy just because the nurse didn't sleep well the night before. What a joke🤣

Don’t go if you’ve had “back ache” for over 6 weeks- you’ll get told it’s very common & you’ll be sent on your way with pain killers! I have bad history with back pain, not bothered, no examination although my lower spine is very swollen & sent on my way with pain killers, waste of time, no wonder people go straight to a&e!! The doctor made me feel so small in that room, & like I was wasting there time for coming to the doctors!
