I’ve have an especially good experience with the lettings team managing some of my apartments in Doncaster city center. The also assisted with the sale of a problematic block in had in DN1 that had suffered fire damage. Highly recommend.

When we pay the rent, it's also so that you take care of maintenance, when we ask you to do it. *** You lose a star because you are insolent, arrogant, and prideful. Owning a real estate agency isn't just about waiting for the rent money to come in. It's also about knowing how to communicate with your tenants. You communicate with your tenants' wallets. ** You lose a star because you tried to blackmail me, telling me that if I don't pay my March rent, you won't give a reference to the landlord of my new place. The deposit money is also used to pay off unpaid rent.

Davis Hughes agency made it really easy and smooth sailing for us to make our move during the pandemic. We couldn't personally visit for the viewing due to Covid restrictions but James sent us the videos for our ease and answered our numerous questions and made sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have been more happier and satisfied with our new home and such a great neighborhood. Can definitely trust their recommendations and quality of work. Thanks for everything :)

A very easy and stress free process from start to finish. My house was only on the rental market for a few days with Davis Hughes when they found the right tenant. A good communication line was established and superb attention to detail meant a tenant / landlord relationship was built quickly and any issues arising dealt with with no fuss or hassle. I can not recommend Davis Hughes enough for any rental properties if you want a stress free buy to let experience these are the people you can trust.

Worst agency I’ve ever worked with. I complained about the terrible conditions if a very expensive run down property (hasn’t been renovated in at least 8 years disgusting) in a horrible, degenerate area and they happily ignored me after saying they would resolve the issue for two weeks. Likely charging tenants extra money without landlord’s consent. Almost had a major electrical issue and they remained unbothered. Too many things happened that I know are not fully legal with this agency. Avoid at all costs, your money is better spent elsewhere. Luckily I was able to find a bigger and nicely renovated place for much much less.
