I have attempted to book viewings for 6 properties so far and no one has returned calls to confirm bookings and once they said they'd book me in but there's no record of such booking. As someone who has dealt with many estate agents over the last 5 years, I have never experienced such a poor service before and would recommend that if you want to sell or purchase a property that you would avoid this company.
