When we decided to put our property up for rental in 2014 we researched who was the best letting agents in the Doncaster area. Kerrigans came top of the list, being highly recommended for their professionalism, hands-on approach and the skill of being able to act as fair brokers balancing the needs of both the tenants and the landlord. Since working with Kerrigans we have to say that their exceptionally high reputation is well deserved. During the last 10+ years up to and including the selling of our property, the level of service has been first rate. The team has successfully managed 3 changes of tenants, ensuring all the legal and regulatory requirements were complied with, and dealt with maintenance/ repair issues in a timely manner.
