I’m look to try and rent a property, majority of the time you fill in an online form the have to wait to see if there is a viewing a slot available. With Moss Properties I received a phone call from Nickey Mchale who listened to my requirement and how important a property that allows a pet is to me, how much I could afford and the area I ideally wanted. It was such a change to actually talk to someone from the off. Nickey was polite, friendly, understanding and professional. Mimat was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about the specific property i went to view. She managed the viewing efficiently and was excellent at answering all my questions thoroughly. I particularly appreciated her proactive communication, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail. Her performance was outstanding, making the viewing experience very informative and pleasant. Even though i didn't end up taking the apartment, I totally appreciated and still appreciate her efforts and services.
