Viewed multiple properties with William H Brown and the service was brilliant. We ended up using their mortgage services and I’ve got to say a huge thank you to Will Moore. From the first phonecall to securing our mortgage, Will has been absolutely brilliant. Always on hand to assist and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend.

I am a first time buyer! I can't but describe my experience with William H Brown Estate Agents Doncaster as wonderful. They are a well organised and coordinated team. Special thanks to: i) Grace for booking house vieweings and organising our visit in Doncaster, ii) Laura for doing the vieweings and providing useful information on the properties, and last but not least iii) Patrick that managed our mortgage application and overviewed the whole process, making the process very easy for us. I wanted to put my property on the market with the best chance of selling at the best price and that’s why I chose W H Brown to do this. I have used them previously and as with before the process is as smooth and simple as can be thanks to the way it is handled. If you want your selling but with peace of mind go to these guys. Very disappointed. If you want an agent to be proactive then this agent is not for you. We signed our contract on 26th July, 2024, and we haven’t had one person through our door to view. Since signing we have been into branch where we sat listening to the letting staff laugh about throwing cheese at each other, spoke to the manager who stated numerous times our property “is unique “, dropped the price TWICE as it then was “the price that was the issue”, had the manager come and see the property last month and he said it would suit a disabled person… it’s a lateral living space, extended,with a bar and games room! We have given notice, and feel we have wasted the sunnier months twiddling our thumbs.would no recommend this agent.
