From the very beginning of viewing a rented property to it becoming our home, Sophie from Doncaster branch has been amazing keeping me informed along the way with everything, the whole process ran smoothly, when I made enquiries about anything Sophie contacted the landlord straight away and let me know what they said before I got the keys to the property. When I got the keys to the property and was in the process of getting everything set up I noticed the boiler wasn’t working properly, I couldn’t get hold of the landlord due to them being away, but after contacting Sophie she managed to get in contact with them and the boiler was fixed the very next day.
